Originally from San Francisco, James Healey has spent his whole life in aviation. By the time he was 25 he had his Airline Transport Pilot's License and Flight Instructor Certificate. He was also a member of the California Civil Air Patrol, where he was active in Search and Rescue.

A position of Sales Manager with a German company representing 3 aircraft manufacturers brought James to Europe. Two years later he was offered a position with Cessna as Multi Engine Sales Manager and moved to Belgium. This was the start of a long relationship with the Cessna Aircraft Company with whom he eventually became Director of International Sales for Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Cessna Citation. While in Brussels James became an FAA Pilot Examiner for a period of 10 years and is type-rated in several types of jet including Citations and Gulfstreams, he has over 7000 hours of flight experience.

James then spent several years with Gulfstream Aerospace as Vice President of International Sales, prior to forming his own company, Jet Alliance International, based in Monaco. Jet Alliance International is one of the most experienced and respected business jet consulting firms in Europe and specializes in business jet acquisitions, sales and consulting services.

James is an aircraft owner and is currently the Vice President of AOPA (Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association) Monaco. He has been a member of Mensa International for many years and is also a founding member of Mensa Monaco.
